Each unit is built using a “tank-within-a-tank” design, where the sealed external tank also functions as a safety basin for full fluid containment. All models include an integrated electric heating system and leverage both mechanical and chemical actions to achieve efficient stripping performance.
The FASTRIP T5 series effectively removes coating layers from ferrous metals and light alloys without altering or damaging the underlying surface. Every machine is equipped with a standalone, self-supporting plug-and-play touchscreen control panel, offering fully programmable cycle parameters for precise process control.
Robust construction using AISI 304 stainless steel ensures long-term durability, while professional ergonomic design delivers ease of use. The tanks are fully insulated on all sides, fitted with an interlocked lid, and prepared for connection to a fume extraction system. Additional options include customised workpiece holders and an integrated fume extraction unit.
