FASTRIP MT is a chemical stripping system designed to recover aluminium profiles that require repainting. The plant consists of five steel tanks plus one lidded tank, supported by a bridge crane and a catwalk that runs alongside the line to ensure safe, efficient operator access.

FASTRIP MT offers a fast and cost-effective alternative to scrapping or manually sanding aluminium profiles with coating defects. It is ideal for profiles used in applications such as window and door frames, shower enclosures, insect screens, automotive components, road signage, and general metal powder-coating operations.
PROCESS SEQUENCE
The plant can be built with only two tanks, allowing for the subsequent integration of other tanks for the refinement and improvement of the process.
The stripping solutions used in stages 1 and 3 remain highly effective even at low operating temperatures (around 50 °C).
The process has been thoroughly tested in our company laboratories and is supported by ongoing technical assistance.
